Lead Magnet Club ("Lead Magnet Club", "we", "us") is a free studio and set of tools operated by LeadShark. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use leadmagnet.club and related hosting (including magnets.sh) (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

Account information: when you sign in, we receive your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your basic Google profile (name and avatar).

Information you submit: the website URL, audience/ICP description, branding (name/logo), and any other inputs you provide to a tool.

Generated content: the lead magnets, calendars, posts, and other assets the tools create for you, saved to your account.

Usage data: limited technical data such as IP address, user agent, pages viewed, and product interactions, used for security, rate limiting, analytics, and operational notifications.

Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how the Service is used (see Analytics below).

We use analytics to understand which pages and features people use so we can improve Lead Magnet Club.

•PostHog — product analytics and (where enabled) session replay. Events may include page views, clicks, and an anonymous or account identifier. If you are signed in, we may associate usage with your account email.

•Umami — lightweight website analytics for aggregate traffic on leadmagnet.club.

You can block analytics cookies via your browser settings; core sign-in will still work.

•To provide the tools and generate your results.

•To save your work so you can return to it in the Studio.

•To send you the magic link and account-related messages.

•To prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and keep the Service secure.

•To measure usage and improve the Service.

•Where you opt in, to send you product updates and the Club newsletter.

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service:

•Supabase — authentication and database storage.

•Vercel — hosting and delivery.

•Anthropic — AI generation of content from your inputs.

•Firecrawl — fetching the public content of the website URL you submit.

•Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery for newsletters you opt into.

•Google — sign-in, if you choose Google authentication.

•PostHog — product analytics.

•Umami — website analytics.

•LeadShark — related product handoffs you choose to use (for example scheduling or LinkedIn automation).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time, after which we will remove your personal data except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
